Music is an integral part of an education as it forms the person through beauty. Through music and art students come in contact with the transcendentals - truth, goodness, and beauty - connecting them to timeless and eternal realities. Through music studies students are exposed to a mathematical and poetic language, one that can be both appreciated as well as performed. Music is integrated into the students’ Humanities studies and through direct instruction of the great masters of music and art and their masterpieces.
Students take courses in both music history as well as vocals or instrumentals.
